‘I went into the Virtual Assistant business because I wanted to help small business owners achieve their goals & dreams. As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to do things alone, especially as you start to grow & simply don’t have the time to keep up with the many administrative tasks that need to be completed. Well you don’t need to do it all alone, i’m here to help.
From my many years working with people, I know how different everyone is & being a person who gives all of myself to everything I do, I knew that to help business owners, I would need to be flexible, take a personalised approach to business & provide tailor made support.

Who we are…
With over 20 years in customer focused work we put a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional service at the highest standards.
In a previous life, Rachel worked as a Cabin Crew Supervisor & a Supervisor in a high end retail environment, both of these roles required excellent time & people management skills, all whilst being the face of a highly regarded company.

Technology is constantly advancing so working remotely is incredibly easy & seamless, even for those who are new to it.
For those clients who live in SE Queensland we are also able to support you onsite.
