What is a Virtual assistant?
A Virtual Assistant is a self employed business owner who supports other businesses through administrative, secretarial & creative means, usually remotely.
Do you only work remotely?
No, if you live in SE Queensland we are able to also work onsite, in your office, home office or wherever your business may be.
How do we work together, if you are working remotely?
Technology these days is amazing & it has become very easy to operate in a virtual world. We can be in contact via any number of means, whatever takes your preference. There is FaceTime or Skype, phone, text or email. We are able to share documents via Dropbox & with your access codes we can take control of your inbox, Facebook or whatever account you need handling, as if we were you.
Why do I have to sign an agreement?
Like anything, it is important to ensure open & clear communication & that everyone understands what is expected of them, this is why we have all of our clients sign an agreement.
Is there any set up time?
We like to have a meeting with our clients so that we can really get to know them, this way we can help support their business to the very best of our ability. Every business owner is different & likes to work differently, It is important that we understand your goals, dislikes, style etc. so that we can tailor our services to your preferences.
How do I know what hours you have worked & what you have worked on?
We track all of our client’s time using Toggl, a report can be provided as requested. We also use Asana as our project management tool, we are able to share this with you so that you can see what we are working on in real time.
What hours do you work?
We like the flexible lifestyle that working as a Virtual Assistant provides. We work 9-5 Mon-Sat but are available out of hours by previous arrangement. We will answer all calls, email & text within 24 hours but usually within the hour.
Do you provide a guarantee?
We guarantee to provide high quality Virtual Assistant services, in the time frame required. To maintain confidentiality & security always. To work with honesty & integrity & support the highest standards of excellence.
What are your fees?
You only ever pay for the hours that we work plus any expenses. We offer 5 hour packages to help with your budgeting needs. As every business owner is different, we tailor our packages to suit your business. Please contact us for other time requirements.
